Introduction
A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by ZINFI—the Data Processor who has or will have access to or process personal data from customers to provide UPM services. This document explains how ZINFI engages with Sub-Processors. The list of sub-processors includes third-party vendors that support various aspects of our services to our customers, such as cloud services, customer support, reporting, and mailing services.

Infrastructure Sub-Processors
To help ZINFI deliver the ZINFI UPM Subscription Service, we engage Sub-Processors to support our infrastructure. By agreeing to the DPA, you agree that this/these sub-processors have access to customer data.

Notes and Conclusion
Due to the nature of our global business and our commitment to our customers, our business needs and service providers may change occasionally. For example, we may terminate a service provider to consolidate and reduce the service provider’s usage. Similarly, we may add service providers if we believe adding them would improve our ability to offer subscription services.
During such cases – ZINFI informs relevant stakeholders, including customers and employees, about changes to service providers and provides clear timelines and details about the transition process.
By proactively managing changes in service providers, we ensure that our business remains agile and capable of meeting evolving customer needs. This approach allows us to continuously improve our services while maintaining high security and compliance standards.
