ZINFI Launches an Advanced Channel Management Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector
Users of popular cloud-based ERP and CRM applications from Microsoft can now connect directly to ZINFI’s industry-leading channel management automation solutions to help their organizations track and nurture relationships with customers, partners and employees
Pleasanton, CA — May 11, 2021 – ZINFI Technologies, Inc., a company leading the definition and creation of Unified Partner Management (UPM) solutions, today announced the launch of its next-generation UPM Connector app for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The UPM Connector empowers businesses using Dynamics 365 to seamlessly connect with customers, partners and employees in the channel without having to log in to another application or duplicate data entry. Users of the UPM Connector app will have direct access to ZINFI’s core UPM solutions, including partner relationship management (PRM), partner marketing management (PMM) and partner sales management (PSM).
Users of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 can now enjoy smooth integration with ZINFI UPM solutions for enhanced lead management throughout the customer lifecycle. The new connector provides an intuitive and familiar user experience for ZINFI customers who are already using Dynamics 365 to manage and monitor leads and to generate performance reports and valuable business intelligence. ZINFI customers will also have access to ongoing product enhancements and client-led customizations as they leverage the power of Dynamics 365 to optimize their channel management activities.
