ZINFI Channel Management Expands Global Support Capabilities to Europe & Latin America

Additional resources in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Brazil will address growing global customer channel needs and provide new opportunities for conversations with prospective customers

Pleasanton, CA — November 14, 2017 — ZINFI Technologies, Inc.,a company leading the definition and creation of Unified Partner  Management (UPM) solutions, today announced it has established a physical presence in several European and Latin American countries—including the UK, France, Italy, Germany Spain and Brazil—to meet increased global demand for support of its advanced UPM SaaS solutions. ZINFI already has a strong physical presence in Asia Pacific with operations in Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea and Singapore. The newly added resources will allow ZINFI to provide additional customer proximity and localized support to its expanding customer base in Europe and Latin America.

By extending its reach in Europe and Latin America, ZINFI becomes the only vendor in the channel management segment that now has in-country resources and physical presence in the key countries of each region. With several large global enterprise entities utilizing its UPM solution sets, this expansion enables ZINFI to offer clients in these regions best-in-class worldwide resources with additional local reinforcement. ZINFI continues to increase the number of its current customer accounts worldwide, and expects the additional resources in Europe and Latin American to generate new conversations with prospective customers at the local level within these regions.

“Europe and Latin America continue to be critical territories for ZINFI’s path forward,” said Todd Beakey, Senior Director of Business Development at ZINFI. “We now get requests for physical presence from more than 50% of our clients. In response, we are proactively working to provide additional resources and aggressively scale our offerings in these regions.”

“European and Latin American countries are incredibly diverse, and we are quickly building a full distributed physical presence in both regions to address that diversity,” said ZINFI founder and CEO Sugata Sanyal. “We now have a full-time director overseeing our European team members from our London office. The new additions to the Europe and Latin American regions will not only allow us to provide more localized support, but will also help us better understand local needs so we can rapidly create new applications that are purpose-built for worldwide channel management.”

“Over the past eight years,” Sanyal noted, “we have built a highly diverse global organization of experts in channel management who have a nuanced understanding of our customers’ global and local needs, enabling us to out-innovate our competition. ZINFI’s Unified Partner  Management (UPM) platform is redefining how the industry should approach channel management, and established competitors are now struggling to keep up.”

In a recently released report, SiriusDecisions, a major analyst firm, noted that ZINFI’s PRM software platform is well-positioned to address channel globalization, with “the greatest footprint outside of North America of all the pure-play PRM vendors evaluated. In addition, ZINFI’s platform natively supports more languages and currencies than the other platforms.” The report also praises ZINFI’s focus on integration with other channel management automation systems, offering “discrete PRM, CMM and CSM platforms that also can be seamlessly integrated. This positions ZINFI as the only vendor with a native platform across these three core application areas.” The report goes on to highlight ZINFI’s “simple, all-inclusive pricing approach which provides a very strong competitive advantage. Other solutions, which charge by license or user, can get very expensive as the supplier’s partner ecosystem grows.” To access the full SiriusDecisions SiriusView report on partner relationship management platforms, click here.
