Independent Research Firm Names ZINFI Technologies a Leader in Partner Relationship Management
ZINFI recognized for its comprehensive technology backbone and modular approach that provides rich functionality across the entire partner journey
Pleasanton, CA — November 12, 2020 – ZINFI Technologies, Inc., a company leading the definition and creation of Unified Partner Management (UPM) solutions and a leader in through-channel marketing automation and partner relationship management, today announced that it has been named a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Partner Relationship Management, Q4 2020 report. We believe that the new report consolidates ZINFI’s position as a leader in Unified Partner Management (UPM), with deep expertise in SaaS-based partner relationship management (PRM) and through-channel marketing automation (TCMA).
Forrester suggests PRM customers look for providers that take a holistic view of partner management, are obsessed with the partner experience—including new partner recruitment, onboarding, training, enablement, incentives, co-selling and co-marketing—and offer advanced analytics, business intelligence and automation. ZINFI was among a select group of 14 companies that currently meet these standards and were invited to participate in Forrester’s most recent evaluation of PRM offerings. The Forrester report researches, analyzes and scores these companies on a variety of criteria under three broad categories: current offering, strategy and market presence. Among other scores, ZINFI received 5 out of 5 (the highest possible) scores in the “Product innovation roadmap" criterion in the “Strategy” category and, in the “Partner coselling and comarketing" criterion in the “Current offering” category. ZINFI also tied for the highest score among the participants in the “Partner performance and incentives” criterion (4.4 out of 5).
The Forrester report describes ZINFI as “a PRM Leader, thanks to a comprehensive technology backbone,” and notes that “ZINFI’s PRM solution continues to capture the attention (and win rate) of large and highly complex technology and manufacturing channel programs. It is one of the most robust platforms for partner relationships with deep levels of customization and workflow automation built from the ground up.” The report also notes, “Paired with strong through-channel marketing automation functionality, concierge services, and sales enablement, the company was one of the first to envision unified partner management.” Additionally, the report states, “…ZINFI has built further automation around partner onboarding, attained a deeper level of security certifications, launched on Microsoft Azure, and introduced remote collaboration tools right as COVID-19 was creating new challenges around partnering.”.
